MaxGroup Business Solutions, LLC recognizes that many visitors to our site, prospective and existing clients, are concerned about the information that they provide to us.  This includes any trade secrets, contact information, strategies, references or other identifiers of such clients.  Therefore MaxGroup has a 100% nonnegotiable commitment out of respect for our clients, or any entity who is considering becoming a MaxGroup client to comply with the most rigorous of privacy protocols.  It is for this reason that MaxGroup promises not to share your information for any reason or under any circumstances with any third party, including any prospective clients, existing clients, the media or industry organizations. MaxGroup DOES NOT EVER share your name or any contact information (including names, emails, instant message screen names, telephone numbers, or divulge that you are a prospective or current client, except as permission has been granted in writing to MaxGroup in advance to display your brand).  If you believe that your information was shared in any way that violates our commitment to you, or if you are contacted by any third party, even if they indicate that they have MaxGroup’s consent to inquire with you, or have any other inquiry regarding our

HIPPA AND PHI PRIVACY PRACTICES FOR MEDICAL ACCOUNTS
INTRODUCTION:  THIS NOTICE DESCRIBES HOW MEDICAL INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR CLIENT BASE MAY BE USED OR DISCLOSED AND HOW YOU CAN GET ACCESS TO INFORMATION. PLEASE REVIEW IT CAREFULLY. 

The Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act (HIPAA) is a federal program that requires that all medical records and other individually identifiable health information (PHI) used or disclosed by us in any form, whether electronically, on paper, or orally, be kept properly confidential.   

As required by HIPAA, MaxGroup Business Solutions, LLC (MaxGroup) have prepared this explanation of how we are required to maintain the privacy of your client’s identifiable health information (PHI) and how we use, report to you the information stored in data-bases on our servers and in the event of severance of service for any reason, how we dispose of such information.  As a technology service company, and a subcontractor to you, MaxGroup is never in a position to disclose health information to any other entity other than you.    

We maintain protocols to ensure the security and confidentiality of your client’s personal information. We have passwords to protect databases, compliance audits, and virus/intrusion detection software. Within our practice, access to your information is limited to only those who you name as authorized to having such access.  At MaxGroup, we are committed and aggressively pursue treating and using protected health information (PHI) about your client’s responsibly at all times.

In the event of termination of our Service Agreement for any reason, MaxGroup shall return to you, or if directed by you destroy all PHI received from you, or created, maintained, or received by MaxGroup on behalf of you.  

MaxGroup maintains long standing relationships and provides significant and sophisticated professional services to many facilities that are directly in or otherwise related to the medical community and we have never had any breach of confidentiality at any time. MaxGroup has in the past, and is willing in the future to acknowledge and sign additional Non-Disclosure Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, and Services Provider Business Associate Subcontracts as required.
